	Father: Getu Mulleta, 30, farmer, finished 3rd grade
	Mother: Zenebu Tulu, 25, housewife/farmer, took adult 
	literacy
	Son: Teshome Getu, 10
	Daughter: Like Getu, 8
	Son: Mamoosh Getu, 7
	Daughter: Mulu Getu, 3
	Son: Kebebe Getu, 8 months

2.	How large a family did each parent come from? 
	Getu: 9 siblings
	Zenebu: 9 siblings

3.	How much time does your family spend together at 
	work and play?
	All our time is spent together except when someone leaves to 
	visit a relative elsewhere. There is basically no time spent 
	playing--maybe a wedding every once in a while. But still no 
	breaks because there is so much work.

4.	How far do you commute to work or school?
	Work: Farmland nearby.
	School: School and a small market are about 1 hour 
	walk away.

5.	What kinds of transportation do you use? How much time is 
	spent in transport?
	One horse and 2 donkeys are used mainly to go to market. It 
	is about 3 hours to the large market, and 1 hour to the smaller 
	market. Generally we walk.

6.	Do you actively practice your religion? How does it affect 
	your daily life and community?
	Yes, we attend church on the days we are supposed to. We 
	attend the monthly gatherings and strive to live our lives as 	the church teaches. Only elders attend every Sunday.
